珠海祥耀主要在中国从事房地产开发业务及为珠海发展项目的拥有者及开发商。
截至本公告日期，珠海祥耀由卖方甲(深圳前海宝通电子商务有限公司)拥有90%及卖方乙(深圳市庆壹信息咨询有限公司)拥有10%。出售完成后，珠海祥耀将不再为公司的附属公司。
