智通财经APP讯，博雅互动(00434)发布公告，公司已决定于集团的综合财务报表采纳港元为其呈列货币。
集团的综合财务报表过往一直以人民币呈列。考虑到公司股份在香港联合交易所有限公司上市及以港元进行交易，变更呈列货币能够让公司股东及潜在投资者更准确了解集团之财务表现。董事会认为，集团的综合财务报表使用港元作为其呈列货币更为合适。
集团首份以港元作为其呈列货币的综合财务报表将为截至2025年3月31日止3个月的未经审计综合业绩(第一季度业绩)。变更呈列货币将追溯调整，于2024年之比较数字将以港元重列并于第一季度业绩中呈列。变更呈列货币及将比较数字由人民币重列为港元预期不会对集团之综合财务报表造成重大影响。
