智通财经APP获悉，周二，美股银行板块走高，截至发稿，美国银行(BAC.US)涨超2.6%，摩根大通(JPM.US)涨超2.2%，花旗集团(C.US)涨超2.7%，高盛(GS.US)涨超3%。消息面上，4月17日，美联储提出了对综合资本分析与审查(CCAR)压力测试三项变更建议，高盛最新研报指出，新规有望释放资本红利，7家顶级银行的SCB平均下降20个基点，将释放约170亿美元的超额资本。此外，美国银行之前宣布，将于2025年5月9日赎回其发行的12.5亿欧元0.808%固定/浮动利率高级债券。这些债券是在该行650亿美元欧元中期票据计划下发行的，原定于2026年5月9日到期。
