新浪科技讯 4月22日上午消息，昨日，vivo法务部在微博发文表示：近日，我们留意到部分网传不实内容，对vivo在拼多多平台的经营活动进行造谣和抹黑，已严重损害用户利益和vivo品牌声誉。网络不是法外之地，我们将坚决以法律手段维护用户和企业的合法权益。

　　vivo法务部还表示，拼多多平台上的“vivo官方旗舰店”和“iQOO手机官方旗舰店”为我司直营店铺，目前均正常开展销售经营，所售产品为全新原装正品，支持全面的官方售后保障。（罗宁）
