刘强东：希望公司全职外卖员能超过100万人

4月22日，记者获悉，近日，京东集团股份有限公司（以下简称“京东”）创始人刘强东和外卖骑手一起吃了火锅。刘强东表示，不算上外卖骑手，京东已经有超71万名员工，按照现在的发展，四年之内公司将超过100万人。刘强东表示，希望公司的全职外卖员也能超过100万人。
“当公司有第一个快递员的时候，我就坚持给兄弟们上五险一金。”刘强东表示，20年前公司的决定是对的。记者了解到，自3月1日起，京东逐步为京东外卖全职骑手缴纳五险一金，为兼职骑手提供意外险和健康医疗险。4月21日，京东宣布，未来三个月将招聘十万名全职骑手。
4月21日，有消费者在社交媒体晒出与京东创始人刘强东合影，照片中刘强东身穿京东外卖骑手工服，亲自参与京东外卖的一线配送服务。刘强东谈到送外卖的体验时表示：“听说送外卖大部分客户都要求送到门口并拍照，不开门不见面。我送的时候只有一个人开了门，一开门就认出我了。”
