智通财经APP获悉，再鼎医药(09688)涨超7%，截至发稿，涨7.02%，报24.4港元，成交额2.79亿港元。
消息面上，4月21日，再鼎医药宣布，国家药品监督管理局（NMPA）已受理瑞普替尼（repotrectinib）的补充新药上市申请（sNDA），用于治疗携带神经营养酪氨酸受体激酶（NTRK）基因融合的实体瘤成人患者，该类患者为局部晚期、转移性，或手术切除可能导致严重并发症的患者，且这些患者在接受既往治疗后出现疾病进展，或缺乏有效的治疗方案选择。
另外，公司合作伙伴argenx近日宣布，艾加莫德预充针皮下注射剂型获美国FDA批准上市。据悉，目前在国内，艾加莫德已有静脉输注和皮下注射2种给药方式。再鼎医药将于2025年在国内递交艾加莫德预充式皮下注射剂型的上市申请。
