消息面上，上海证券交易所官网信息显示，3月26日，由万国数据作为原始权益人的南方万国数据中心封闭式基础设施证券投资基金“已受理”。据悉，南方万国数据中心REIT采用“公募基金+基础设施资产支持证券”双层架构，80%以上资产将投资于底层基础设施资产支持证券，穿透持有昆山国金数据云计算数据中心项目全部股权，通过专业化运营获取机柜托管服务费收入等稳定现金流。
