美司法部誓要拆分谷歌：需强有力措施防止其利用AI扩大垄断
凤凰网科技讯 北京时间4月22日，据路透社报道，当地时间周一，美国司法部律师在谷歌反垄断案件补救措施开庭审理时表示，谷歌需要被施加强有力的措施，以防其利用人工智能产品进一步巩固其在网络搜索领域的主导地位。
本案的审判结果可能从根本上重塑互联网格局，有可能撼动谷歌作为线上信息首选门户的地位。美国司法部将此次诉讼与其过去拆分AT&T、微软和标准石油公司的行动相提并论。
“现在是时候告诉谷歌以及所有在关注这场官司的垄断者，违反反垄断法是要承担后果的，”美国司法部律师大卫·达尔奎斯特(David Dahlquist)在开庭陈述中表示，“本庭的补救措施应具有前瞻性，不能忽视即将到来的情况。”
谷歌则辩称，其人工智能产品不在本案涉及范围之内，因为本案聚焦的是搜索引擎。谷歌高管李-安妮·穆尔霍兰(Lee-Anne Mulholland)上周日在一篇博客文章中表示，法院采纳司法部提出的补救措施“将在关键时刻抑制美国的创新”。
美国司法部以及众多州检察长组成的联盟试图迫使谷歌出售其Chrome浏览器，并采取其他措施来恢复市场竞争。谷歌认为，美国司法部的提议太极端，计划就本案的最终裁决提起上诉。(作者/箫雨)
