Tanjga joins Appian effective May 27. He resigns from his role as interim CFO at MongoDB effective May 8, according to a Monday filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
He will receive an annual base salary of $750,000 and an annual target bonus of $450,000, according to a Monday filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
He will also receive a one-time sign-on grant of restricted stock units with a value of $5 million with a four-year vest, and will receive recurring annual grants of restricted stock units and performance stock units, each with a value of $1.5 million.
At MongoDB, Tanja led financial planning, strategic finance, business operations and analytics as senior vice president of finance before becoming interim CFO in February.
