路透4月22日 - 日本投资银行野村 8604.T和澳洲麦格理集团MQG.AX周二表示，野村将以 28 亿澳元（18 亿美元）的价格收购麦格理集团在美国和欧洲的公共资产管理业务。
麦格理表示，这项交易将加强野村的全球业务，同时使这家澳洲金融企业集团能够专注于为机构、保险和财富市场提供服务的私人市场替代业务。
通过麦格理资产管理的股票、固定收益和多元资产投资能力以及已建立的客户关系，此次收购将使这家日本最大的经纪公司在西方市场迅速建立起规模。
野村将收购所有相关资产、投资团队和运营平台。这项总部位于费城的业务拥有700 多名员工，将保留其现有的管理团队。
此次交易包括麦格理管理控股（美国）以及麦格理投资管理控股在卢森堡和奥地利的分支机构，预计交易将于 2025 年底完成。
野村社长兼执行长Kentaro Okuda表示：“这将对我们日本以外投资管理部门的业务产生变革性影响，将大大增加我们在美国的规模，加强我们的平台，并为我们建立公共和私人能力提供机会。”(完)
