LaSalle Logiport REIT (TYO:3466) reported a 0.5% increase in net income to 6.34 billion yen for the six months ended Feb. 28, compared with 6.31 billion yen in the previous period.
The Reit's net income per unit rose to 3,395 yen from 3,376 yen a year earlier, according to its bourse filing on Monday.
Operating revenue was steady at 12.8 billion yen, down slightly by 0.2% from the prior period.
For the six months ending Aug. 31, the company expects net income to increase by 2.4% to 6.49 billion yen, with operating revenues projected to grow 3.2% to 13.2 billion yen.
For the following period ending Feb. 28, 2026, net income is forecast to decline by 9.8% to 5.85 billion yen, with operating revenues expected to drop 7.0% to 12.3 billion yen.
The company declared a distribution of 4,005 yen per unit for the fiscal period ended Feb. 28, consisting of 3,500 yen from retained earnings and 505 yen in excess distributions.
For the upcoming periods, it expects to pay 3,829 yen per unit (including 247 yen in excess distributions) for the period ending Aug. 31, and 3,474 yen per unit (including 243 yen in excess distributions) for the period ending Feb. 28.
