智通财经APP获悉，根据美国联邦贸易委员会(FTC)周一提起的诉讼，优步(UBER.US)旗下订阅服务Uber One被指控存在欺骗性的计费和取消行为。
FTC正在起诉这家拼车公司，原因是该公司未经消费者同意就收取Uber One订阅费，未能兑现节省费用的承诺，尽管该公司承诺可以“随时取消”，但消费者仍难以取消订阅。
FTC主席Andrew Ferguson表示：“我们指控优步不仅在订阅方面欺骗消费者，而且还让客户难以取消订阅。”
优步违反了FTC法规和《恢复网上购物者信心法案》(ROSCA) ，该法案要求在线零售商明确披露服务条款、获得客户同意，并提供简单的取消方式。
优步发言人表示：“Uber One的注册和取消流程清晰、简单，符合法律条文和精神。未经消费者同意，优步不会签约或向消费者收费。”
受诉讼案影响，优步周一收跌3.08%，报72.92美元。
