智通财经APP讯，滇池水务(03768)公布，公司于近期收到广东省怀集县人民法院发出的《广东省怀集县人民法院协助执行通知书》((2024)粤1224执保2563-1号)，获悉公司控股股东昆明滇池投资有限责任公司所持有的公司股份被予以冻结。
根据协助执行通知书所述，怀集县人民法院在执行兴业银行股份有限公司肇庆分行与昆明滇池投资、昆明滇池资产经营管理有限责任公司(昆明滇池投资 的附属公司，“昆明滇池资管”)及其他第三方票据追索权纠纷等案中，因被执行人昆明滇池投资、昆明滇池资管及其他第三方未履行生效法律文书所确定的义务，根据怀集县人民法院已发生法律效力的执行裁定书及协助执行通知书，公司被要求协助冻结昆明滇池投资名下持有的公司价值人民币1800万元范围内的股权。冻结期限三年，即自2025年4月18日至2028年4月17日止(解除冻结的除外)。冻结期间不得办理过户、转户、赠与等相关手续。
公告称，公司与昆明滇池投资在资产、业务、财务等方面均保持独立，就本公告所述的昆明滇池投资所持有公司的股份被查封、冻结事项不会影响公司的正常营运，不会对公司主营业务、持续经营能力等产生重大影响。截至本公告日期，公司的营运维持正常。
