4月22日金融一线消息，中信银行发布公告称，于2025年2月20日召开的董事会会议审议通过《关于聘任芦苇先生为中信银行股份有限公司行长的议案》。近日，本行收到《国家金融监督管理总局关于芦苇中信银行行长任职资格的批复》（金复〔2025〕251号），国家金融监督管理总局已核准芦苇本行行长的任职资格。芦苇自2025年4月21日起正式就任本行行长。
