智通财经APP获悉，近日，京东集团副总裁、首席经济学家沈建光接受采访时表示，目前，京东已经进入了香港的稳定币发行“沙盒”测试阶段，香港的稳定币相关法案制定还在推进中，还没有明确的条款。预计香港的《稳定币条例草案》获得批准后，香港金融管理局可以据此正式发布稳定币的具体落成细则。
沈建光指，稳定币属于公司层面去中心化的商业发行，受宏观经济影响波动微小，有三家公司目前已进入香港“沙盒”测试阶段。
作为一种通常与法定货币或稳定资产挂钩的支付型虚拟货币，稳定币正逐步走进大众视野。去年底，香港特区政府向香港立法会提交《稳定币条例草案》。作为全球金融中心，香港不仅在巩固传统金融市场，也在积极推动新兴金融创新。
目前，在全球范围内，最大的两种稳定币分别是USDT和USDC。其中，USDC(USD Coin)在欧洲持有牌照，透明度方面做得不错，因而能够在欧洲发行，甚至后续还可进行交易。USDT则在合规性和透明度方面差不少，随着欧盟MiCA的全面实施，目前很多加密货币交易所下架了USDT在欧洲的交易服务。
