Jervois Global (ASX:JRV) said the second meeting of creditors has now been convened to be held concurrently on April 30, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
Creditors will meet to vote on the company's future, either to end administration, wind up the company, or approve a deed of company arrangement, the filing said.
