4月22日,日前星巴克中国宣布,专星送服务正式登陆京东秒送平台,成为首个与京东秒送平台打通会员体系的餐饮品牌。值得关注的是,星巴克还联合京东推出了包括深度客制化体验、设置专属点单界面、首推“黑咖挑战”点单专区等新的体验。
据悉,此次星巴克专星送登陆京东秒送,率先和平台打通了会员体系。“星享俱乐部”会员在京东秒送下单时,可以享有和星巴克自有渠道同等的消费积星、会员权益和售后服务。
另外,京东秒送平台还为星巴克开发了一系列专属深度客制化功能。用户在下单时,可根据个人偏好选择饮品温度、咖啡萃取方式、奶类、风味糖浆等选项。平台优化了专属点单界面,增设金烘浓缩、植物基咖啡等口味偏好专区。
此外,基于对平台用户咖啡功能性需求及口味偏好的洞察,星巴克还联合京东秒送首推“黑咖挑战”点单专区,并独家上线两款定制美式咖啡——微甜冰美式和全冰精萃美式。即日起,京东用户可通过京东APP“秒送”板块搜索“星巴克”,体验专星送服务。
截至2025年3月,星巴克专星送服务已覆盖近1000个县级市场,配送里程超过5亿公里,配送面积超过43000平方公里。
