【洛阳钼业：将以5.81亿加元收购Lumina黄金公司全部股权】金十数据4月22日讯，洛阳钼业4月21日宣布，经公司投资委员会批准，将通过海外实体以全现金方式收购加拿大上市公司Lumina黄金全部已发行和未发行的所有普通股，交易总价约5.81亿加元。作为交易核心标的，Cangrejos是厄瓜多尔大型原生金矿项目，于2023年完成预可研。基于预可研报告，Cangrejos保有资源量13.76亿吨，金平均品位0.46克/吨，内蕴黄金金属638吨；储量6.59亿吨，金平均品位0.55克/吨，内蕴黄金金属359吨。未来矿山寿命预计26年。
