据悉，回购股份的资金总额：人民币5亿元–人民币10亿元，具体以董事会及股东会审议通过的回购股份方案为准。
增持股份的资金总额：人民币2.5亿元–人民币5亿元，具体以中交集团公布的增持股份方案为准。
