Fatfish Group (ASX:FFG) said it does not expect to be able to release its calendar year 2024 financial statements because of an ongoing internal investigation, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The investigation involves alleged improper conduct of an external Australian financial consultant to the company in which its bank accounts appear to have been used to improperly receive and/or transit funds over several years, the filing added.
The company's shares will remain suspended from trading until it lodges its 2024 financial statements and has otherwise provided further information by a bourse filing on this matter to enable an orderly and informed market in the company's securities.
