Veris Residential (VRE) said Tuesday it has acquired a 15% stake in Jersey City Urby from Ironstate Holdings for $38.5 million.
The company said it has renamed the 762-unit, class A multifamily property to Sable and has assumed its management. The property is located on the Jersey City Waterfront in New Jersey.
