消息面上，三生制药发布公告，该公司自主研发的抗VEGF/PD-1双特异性抗体(研发代码：707注射液)于2025年4月17日获国家药品监督管理局纳入突破性治疗品种，适应症为一线治疗PD-L1表达阳性的局部晚期或转移性非小细胞肺癌。
据介绍，707注射液是三生制药基于CLF2专利平台自主开发的靶向VEGF/PD-1双特异性抗体，目前正于中国开展多项临床研究，其中一线治疗PD-L1表达阳性的局部晚期或转移性非小细胞肺癌已获国家药监局药品审评中心(CDE)批准开展III期临床研究。此外，707注射液正于国内开展联合化疗一线治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌、转移性结直肠癌及晚期妇科肿瘤等多项II期研究。707注射液的新药临床试验申请亦获得美国食品药品监督管理局的批准。
