在反垄断审判的第二天出示的一份文件显示，去年，字母表公司旗下的谷歌曾考虑与三星等安卓手机制造商达成协议，这些协议不仅会让其搜索应用程序具有排他性，还包括其 Gemini 人工智能应用程序和 Chrome 浏览器。

　　美国司法部以及由多个州的总检察长组成的广泛联盟，正寻求华盛顿的一名法官下达命令，要求谷歌出售其 Chrome 浏览器，并采取其他措施。他们希望终结法官所认定的谷歌在在线搜索及相关广告领域的垄断地位。

　　在那份裁决中，美国地方法院法官阿米特・梅塔认定，谷歌通过与三星电子等公司签订独家协议，使其搜索引擎被设置为新设备的默认搜索引擎，从而维护了自身的搜索垄断地位。

　　根据审判中出示的一份文件，谷歌在 4 月 1 日与三星签订了一份新的非独家协议，其中不限制这家智能手机制造商加载其他搜索产品。

　　谷歌曾提议放宽其协议以回应梅塔的裁决，但此前并未宣布它已经在这么做了。

　　检察官在周一的开庭陈词中表达了担忧，认为谷歌在搜索领域的垄断地位可能使其在人工智能领域获得优势，而且其人工智能产品是将用户导向其搜索引擎的另一种方式。

　　预计 OpenAI 公司的 ChatGPT 产品负责人尼克・特利将在周二出庭作证，阐述谷歌的独家协议是如何增加了像 ChatGPT 这样的人工智能产品的推广难度。

　　谷歌表示，这起案件与人工智能无关，并且它面临着来自 Meta Platforms 等公司的激烈竞争。
