智通财经APP获悉，根据中原按揭研究部及土地注册处资料显示，3月份香港共录得732宗资助房屋按揭登记(主要为居屋及其他资助性房屋)，较2月份的2398宗环比回落69.5%，创3个月新低，出现跌幅主因是数个今年首季入伙的一手居屋项目已陆续完成上会程序。
2025年首季资助房屋按揭登记共有4110宗，较2024年同期的2437宗大幅增加68.6%，创下过去两年的首季新高，较去年第4季2502宗亦增加64%。
此外，中银香港(02388)继续于3月份以市占率52.5%成为资助房屋按揭巿占第一，除了是今年首季资助房屋按揭巿占第一外，亦是连续20个月蝉联资助房屋按揭巿占冠军。
中原按揭董事总经理王美凤预期，2025年入伙的资助房屋数量预计增至逾1万伙，增幅逾两倍，而最新一期的“白居二”亦新增1500个“青年计划”配额，令整体名额增至6000个，成功申请人预计最快下半年可获购买资格，预期将带动今年资助房屋按揭登记量上升。
