Leo Lithium (ASX:LLL) said it is in advanced talks with several lithium-related companies, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company has screened multiple spodumene, brine, and geothermal assets across key regions and is now in confidential discussions with select counterparties, the filing said.
Most counterparties have responded positively, and some talks aim to determine whether mutually beneficial deals can be reached, the filing added.
The company is also considering a lower-cost, multi-asset approach and potential deal structures that could include a partial return of funds to shareholders.
All opportunities remain incomplete and confidential, with no guarantee of completion, the company added.
