Litu (HKG:1008) is looking to sell a 31% stake in Changde Gold Roc Printing to an independent third-party purchaser, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
Last year, the printing and packaging company had terminated a contract to sell the equity interest to the holder of the remaining 69% stake in the target.
The consideration for the sale, as well as other details, are subject to negotiation between the parties.
The firm will make further announcements as and when needed.
