智通财经APP讯，哈尔滨银行(06138)公布，公司于近日收到《国家金融监督管理总局黑龙江监管局关于贾海宁哈尔滨银行股份有限公司董事任职资格的批复》(黑金监复[2025]71号)核准贾海宁先生担任公司董事的任职资格。
鉴于贾海宁先生的董事任职资格已获得核准，贾海宁先生自2025年4月17日起担任公司第九届董事会非执行董事，任期至第九届董事会任期届满之日，而第八届董事会非执行董事赵洪波先生自2025年4月17日起不再履行董事及提名及薪酬考核委员会委员职务。
经董事会进一步决议通过，自2025年4月17日起：贾海宁先生担任第九届董事会风险管理及关联交易控制委员会以及消费者权益保护委员会委员，任期至第九届董事会任期届满之日;张宪军先生担任第九届董事会提名及薪酬考核委员会委员，任期至第九届董事会任期届满之日;及张宪军先生不再担任第九届董事会风险管理及关联交易控制委员会以及消费者权益保护委员会委员。
