智通财经APP获悉，贝壳-W(02423)午前涨近7%，截至发稿，涨6.38%，报55港元，成交额4.87亿港元。
消息面上，贝壳发布公告，贝壳董事会主席、首席执行官及控股股东彭永东拟捐赠900万股A类贝壳普通股，此次拟捐赠股份的价值约4.68亿港元，用于行业人员医疗福利及应届生租客帮扶。而在此次捐赠贝壳股票之前，贝壳高管曾因“天价年薪”被讨论。贝壳方面表示，为满足港股上市规则要求，彭永东被授予限制性股票，并非“年薪”。
中金此前发布研报称，贝壳三月经历入通利好兑现、以及2024年全年利润和前向指引弱于预期，股价较入通前高点累计回撤26%，同期恒生科技累计回撤21%、港股通内房指数累计回撤8%；往前看，我们认为房地产基本面边际走弱态势渐趋明朗，外部环境扰动下市场对国内支持性政策的预期或更为乐观积极，房地产相关板块交易情绪或有所提振。公司作为基本面扎实、市场地位稳固的白马标的，在回撤中逐步展示出布局性价比；交易层面，其积极的股东回报态度亦为市值提供底部支撑。
