消息面上，卫龙美味发布公告，于2025年4月22日，公司与南宁高新技术产业开发区管理委员会(“南宁高新管委会”)签订投资协议书，依托集团的资源及优势，在广西壮族自治区南宁市投资建设休闲食品生产基地(“南宁生产基地”)。卫龙美味南宁生产基地固定资产投资约人民币10亿元，由公司全资附属公司逐步实现全部投资计划。
卫龙美味南宁生产基地紧密契合集团的长期发展战略目标，即通过布局新的生产基地来不断支撑本集团的业务发展和扩张。同时，选择在广西壮族自治区南宁市布局生产基地，集团可以在地理位置上覆盖多个区域，为集团的区域业务带来更多发展便利。
