金吾财讯 | 比亚迪股份(01211)反复走高，截至发稿，涨3.14%，报387.4港元，成交额25.61亿港元。另外，A股比亚迪(002594)涨势更甚，暂涨4%，报369.02元人民币，成交额52.07亿元人民币。比亚迪股份在深圳交易所发公告指，董事会通过调整分配利润方案，除了维持以目前股本为基础，派发末期股息每股3.974元人民币，亦计划增派红股，每10股送8股红股，并以资本公积金每10股转增12股。今次送红股及资本公积金转增股本方案实施后，公司总股本将由约30.4亿股增加至91.2亿股。
