麦当劳恢复手工裹粉麦辣产品

  423日午间消息,麦当劳中国宣布麦辣系列回归手工裹粉,麦辣鸡腿汉堡和麦辣鸡翅恢复餐厅现场裹粉制作。麦当劳中国首席执行官张家茵表示,过去几年,我们在很多餐厅尝试了供应商裹粉的麦辣,希望简化餐厅的营运程序,但许多顾客和员工都提到,想念金黄酥脆的鳞片,想念手工裹粉背后的热爱与坚持。我们深知,美味是麦当劳的根本,顾客的需求是我们前进的动力。通过产品测试、设备改造、员工培训等一系列筹备,我们目前已在全国绝大部分餐厅恢复了手工裹粉的麦辣产品,以此回应消费者对我们的热爱。
