新浪科技讯 4月23日下午消息，腾讯集团副总裁、腾讯智慧出行总裁钟翔透露，腾讯云位于新加坡、美国、日本、巴西等地的节点，为比亚迪全球化组织和业务管理提供了云服务。据悉，比亚迪每个月都要在腾讯会议上召开一万多场跨国会议，腾讯会议的实时翻译、纪要、总结等AI助手能力，正在深度助力比亚迪出海业务的组织协同。

在谈及AI技术对汽车行业的影响时指出，“让AI成为更懂业务的优秀员工，需要为大模型投喂企业专业知识，搭建企业专属知识库。”

据悉，为让AI成为更懂业务的员工，腾讯推出了“大模型+知识库”工具组合，可以快速帮助车企伙伴按需打造自己的专属AI应用。例如，长安汽车通过大模型+知识库打造的AI说明书， 将50多款的汽车手册加载进知识引擎，知识构建效率提升了83%，用户的问答准确率从32%提升至84%。（文猛）
