路透4月23日 - 礼来LLY.N周三表示，在美国法官上月禁止药店仿制其减肥药和糖尿病药后，礼来已起诉四家复方制剂生产商销售含有替扎帕肽（tirzepatide）的未经批准的产品。
根据美国的规定，只有在供应出现缺口时才允许生产肥胖症药物的复制品，直到最近 (link)，美国食品及药物管理局才将这些药物列为短缺药品。
蒂氮帕肽是礼来公司减肥药和糖尿病药的主要成分，其中包括畅销药 Mounjaro。
礼来将在加利福尼亚州提起诉讼，起诉 Mochi Health Corp、Fella Health and Delilah、Willow Health Services 和 Henry Meds，指控它们在没有临床证据证明其安全性或有效性的情况下销售山寨版替哌肽，包括添加剂或口服形式的替哌肽。
