费城联邦储备银行总裁哈克周二表示，对美联储的信任是其目前最强大的力量之一。

　　“美联储长期以来积累起来的一项极其宝贵的资源，就是我们的信誉，我们所做的，我们所说的，我们不会信口开河，”哈克在费城联储举行的一次关于经济流动性的会议上说，这种信誉是随着时间的推移“通过政治独立和尽可能客观的态度”积累起来的。

　　哈克在讲话中并未谈及货币政策。尽管通胀率超过2%的目标，但美联储仍面临来自特朗普总统的压力，要求其降息，而且由于总统的贸易政策，今年的价格压力预计将进一步加剧。
