新浪科技讯 4月22日下午消息，今日，不少用户在京东外卖评论区表示：为什么商家接不了单？商家App不显示自己的订单。还有用户反馈称京东外卖又崩了。

　　新浪科技就此问题向京东求证，官方客服称：很抱歉耽误您时间，我们已在加急处理中，目前已经陆续恢复中，感谢您的理解与支持。

　　此前在4月16日，也有部分网友在社交平台反应称京东外卖疑似“崩了”，其界面显示“网络不给力哦，请重试”。对此，京东官方当时发布回应，表示“服务已迅速恢复”，并称“额外奉上10万张百亿补贴券”。（罗宁）
