Riversgold (ASX:RGL) found high-grade gold mineralization after recent vertical air core drilling at its Kalgoorlie East project in Western Australia, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
Significant results include 10 meters at 8.89 grams per tonne gold from 46 meters, including one meter at 77.96 g/t gold from 54 meters, the filing said.
Further follow-up drill planning is underway, the filing said.
The company's shares were up 11% in recent Wednesday trade.
