金吾财讯 | 内房股普跌，融信中国(03301)跌4.24%，中国金茂(00817)跌4.10%，新城发展(01030)跌3.30%，绿城中国(03900)跌2.97%，建发国际集团(01908)跌2.70%，中梁控股(02772)跌2.17%，越秀地产(00123)跌2.16%。中邮证券表示，近期地产板块较沪深300有明显的超额收益，主要是在外部环境变化下，扩内需的增量政策预期加强。从基本面来看，新房成交量近几周略有下滑，二手房挂牌价仍在下跌，行业仍在探底阶段，但从历史经验来看，地产板块上涨一般提前于基本面企稳，叠加近期地产增量政策预期较强，在4月底重要会议及关键措施落地前，地产板块仍有望实现超额收益。
