China Southern Airlines' (HKG:1055, SHA:600029) controlling shareholder China Southern Air Holding and the latter's units have undertaken to not reduce their shareholding in the firm for 18 months, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
China Southern Air Holding and units Nan Lung and Perfect Lines (Hong Kong) currently own a 66.52% stake in the carrier.
