【环球时报-环球网报道 记者 邢晓婧】23日，外交部发言人郭嘉昆主持例行记者会。有外媒记者提问称，据报道，中国警告韩国公司不要向美国军事和国防公司出口含有中国稀土矿物的产品。中国政府向电梯、电力设备、电池、显示器、电动汽车、航空航天和医疗设备等行业的公司发出信函说，如果他们违反限制，可能会面临制裁。外交部能否证实发送了这样的信？有没有细节可以补充？

　　郭嘉昆对此表示，“我不了解你提到的具体情况，建议你向中方的主管部门进行询问。”
