智通财经APP获悉，金山云(03896)尾盘涨超8%，截至发稿，涨8.28%，报6.54港元，成交额9.93亿港元。
消息面上，金山云此前宣布增发ADS及配股计划，一共获得约2.915亿美元的融资，拟用于投资于升级及扩充基础设施；投资于技术及产品开发；及一般企业及营运资金用途。花旗发表研报称，考虑到金山云截至去年第四季度的高净债务比率为59%，以及积极的资本开支计划，故认为此次的配股计划并不令人意外。
申万宏源则指出，金山云为小米和金山生态最核心云厂，直接受益于小米和金山软件集团加大AI投入。金山云24Q4来自小米及金山软件集团的收入同比增长76%。金山云24年底与小米及金山软件集团续签战略框架协议，25-27年合计云服务年度上限金额为28/37/48亿元，同比增长41%/35%/29%，保证公司收入增长基本盘；此外，金山云与小米签订融资服务框架，保证资本开支投入。小米建立人车家全生态，手机、IoT以外汽车业务新成长曲线明确，智驾积极投入，AI需求增长明确。
