【中国铜业、中国铝业等在西藏投资成立新能源公司】金十数据4月24日讯，查查APP显示，近日，中铜（西藏）新能源有限公司成立，法定代表人为王胜开，注册资本约为47.67亿元，经营范围包含：发电业务、输电业务、供（配）电业务；供电业务；供暖服务；太阳能发电技术服务；储能技术服务；风力发电技术服务等。企查查股权穿透显示，该公司由中国铜业有限公司旗下中铜西藏矿业有限公司、中国铝业旗下中铝宁夏能源集团有限公司，及西藏开发投资集团有限公司共同持股。
