Kore Potash (ASX:KP2) conditionally granted a total of 6 million new ordinary share options to its non-executive chairman and two non-executive directors, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The options are exercisable at 0.0193 pound sterling per new ordinary share. The distribution comprises 2 million options each awarded to Non-Executive Chairman David Hathorn, and non-executive directors David Netherway and Jonathan Trollip for the deferral of directors' fees, the filing stated.
The grant is subject to shareholder approval.
