智通财经APP讯，北京能源国际(00686)发布公告，于2025年4月22日，京能胜科沧州(公司非全资附属公司，作为发包方)与联合体单位(作为承包方)订立EPC合约。根据EPC合约，联合体单位将向京能胜科沧州提供EPC服务，以建设EPC项目。EPC合约项下的合约价格约为人民币5.09亿元(含税)。
据悉，EPC合约项下的EPC服务包括(其中包括)勘察、设计、设备材料采购、建筑、安装、检测及验收工作以及于 EPC项目质保期内提供与整个系统质保相关的服务。此外，联合体单位亦应负责所有因EPC项目施工所引起及与之相关的永久及临时土地征用、合规程序、植被重建及外部协调等。
公告称，集团已加快清洁能源规模化发展及扩大风电业务规模的步伐，此乃集团于此方面的重点之一。据董事所深知，中国能建东电一及山东环能均为发展成熟的公司，在中国可再生能源发电项目建设及发展方面拥有丰富经验。订立EPC合约将符合国家布局大型电力基地的政策，将使公司能通过建设优质风力发电项目，进一步扩展其于可再生能源行业中风电场的业务规模并多元化清洁能源组合，从而为股东赚取更大回报。
