　　当地时间22日，美国总统特朗普称美联储应该降低利率，且他无意解雇美联储主席鲍威尔。此外，特朗普还表示，希望美联储主席鲍威尔在利率问题上采取更加积极的行动。

　　外汇局：保持汇率弹性 坚决对市场顺周期行为进行纠偏

　　对于今年以来我国外汇市场运行情况，外汇局副局长、新闻发言人李斌表示，今年以来，外部环境发生深刻变化，国际金融市场波动加大，风险挑战增加。我国加快构建新发展格局，扎实推动高质量发展，实施更加积极有为的宏观政策，有力有效应对外部挑战，经济保持回升向好，外汇市场运行总体平稳。

　　李斌表示，下一步，外汇管理部门将持续强化外汇形势监测，保持汇率弹性，有效发挥汇率调节宏观经济和国际收支自动稳定器功能，同时不断丰富跨境资金流动宏观审慎管理工具箱，坚决对市场顺周期行为进行纠偏，防止汇率超调风险，防范跨境资金异常流动风险，维护国家经济金融安全。
