智通财经APP获悉，手机产业链早盘走高，截至发稿，高伟电子(01415)涨5.78%，报21.95港元；瑞声科技(02018)涨4.68%，报35.8港元；舜宇光学(02382)涨4.05%，报65.45港元；丘钛科技(01478)涨3.7%，报6.45港元。
消息面上，美国总统特朗普当地时间周二在公开场合发表了讲话，承认美国目前对自中国进口商品的关税过高，预计税率将大幅降低。值得注意的是，美国此前宣布免除智能手机、电脑、芯片、集成电路器件等电子产品的“对等关税”。民生证券曾指出，随着《特定产品对等关税豁免指南》落地，果链将迎来EPS修复。
华源证券近期发布研报称，美国对中国以及亚太多国的多轮关税加征与政策反复行为，引发市场对于消费电子产业链的担忧，然而，一方面当前各国正处于跟美国关税博弈的阶段，最终大概率会找到一个平衡点；另一方面，美国加征关税虽然会增加全球贸易成本，且会引发相当长时期的工序紊乱，但中国强大的制造业能力短期无法被替代，因此认为消费电子产业链最终将继续稳健运营。
