路透上海4月23日 - 受中美贸易紧张局势缓和信号提振，香港股市周三劲扬，恒生指数.HSI开盘劲升2.4%。
恒生科技指数.HSTECH开盘升3.5%。
美国总统特朗普在与记者的问答中，对于与中国达成贸易协议以"大幅"削减关税表示乐观。
据一位知情人士透露，美国财长贝森特表示，他相信美中贸易紧张局势将会缓和，但与北京的谈判尚未开始，而且谈判将是"艰难的"。白宫发言人莱维特(Karoline Leavitt)周二告诉记者，美国与中国就潜在贸易协议进行的讨论进展顺利。
此外，特朗普周二表示，他不打算罢免美联储主席鲍威尔，但他希望降息。这一言论可能会缓解围绕鲍威尔未来的紧张局势，这种紧张局势已令投资者感到不安。
美国股市周二反弹，因一连串良好的季度财报，以及中美贸易紧张局势缓和的信号吸引了场外买家。（完）
