支付宝开放平台公布，近期发现有部分服务商冒充支付宝生活号官方名义进行业务拓展及商业合作，包括冒充支付宝生活号工作人员进行达人引入承诺高额费用、冒用平台身份通过违规下单建联达人等，严重影响支付宝生活号正常业务开展。
公司强调，支付宝生活号从未授权任何第三方以“独家代理”及“官方指定”等名义进行商业活动。任何未经授权擅自以“支付宝生活号官方”及“支付宝生活号服务商”等名义开展业务推广、收取费用或签署合同的行为，均属违规违法行为。
对于冒用支付宝生活号名义开展活动的机构或个人，平台将保留追究其法律责任的权利，包括要求停止侵权、赔偿损失，并依法向市场监管部门举报或向公安机关报案，涉嫌犯罪的将移交司法机关处理。(jl/da)
