世纪阳光(00509.HK) 公布，建议将股份40合1；每股已发行合并股份面值由0.4元削减至0.1元；每股法定但未发行合并股份将拆细为4股每股面值0.1元之新股份。预期股份合并将于今年6月10日起生效。
现有世纪阳光股份于联交所买卖的每手买卖单位为4,000股现有股份。于股份合并生效后，买卖合并股份之每手买卖单位将维持不变。
按照紧随股份合并生效后4.09亿股已发行合并股份计算，股本削减将产生进账约1.22亿元。股本削减所产生的进账将用于抵销公司于股本削减生效日期的累计亏损，从而减少公司的累计亏损。(js/w)
