Falcon Risk Services hires QBE's Coppola as head of management liability

April 22 - (The Insurer) - HDI Global Specialty-owned MGA Falcon Risk Services has hired Laura Coppola, former chief underwriting officer at QBE North America, as its head of management liability, based in New York.

In her new role, Coppola will oversee growth, portfolio management and product development for private and public company management liability and financial institutions D&O and E&O.

Coppola has more than 25 years of experience in the industry. Before her time at QBE, she held roles at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, Allianz, Arch Insurance, The Hartford and Travelers.

"Laura has extensive experience in building new operations specifically in our lines of business with deep brokerage relationships that will drive business,” said Craig Landi, CEO of Falcon Risk Services.
