　　据商务部网站消息，今年以来，电动自行车以旧换新进度持续加快，覆盖范围持续扩大，惠民生作用不断增强，保安全导向更加凸显。截至4月8日，全国电动自行车售旧、换新各334.1万辆，相当于2024年（9-12月）置换总量的2.4倍。此外，上海正考虑延长电动自行车“以旧换新”政策。

　　华西证券指出，在新国标&以旧换新补贴发力下，铅酸电池需求有望持续增长。铅酸电池行业集中度较高，天能动力/天能股份作为行业龙头有望率先受益。华泰证券则指出，看好25年两轮车行业双政策背景下天能股份铅蓄电池出货增长，同时新兴产品与海外市场加速拓展赋能长期增长。
